Take children out of certain negative worlds they had on the street. Managing conflicts, ensuring their personal hygiene, ensuring their civic education… in short, strengthening their knowledge of being and their knowledge of becoming. Having a library would be very beneficial for them. Ensuring all of the centre’s activities requires equipment, travel, etc.
